International Recognition for RFB!

Rothbury Family butchers gained International recognition last week when we won 3 Golds Awards and 2 Silvers for products entered in the meat expo competition in Kortrijk Belgium.

Four sausage types were entered along with one Burger. The winning products were the Cragside Cracker Sausage ( Gold Award ), Simonside Sizzler Sausage ( Gold Award ), Northumbrian Sausage ( Gold Award ), Pork,Ginger & Spring Onion Sausage ( Silver )and Red Onion Steak Burger ( Silver Award ). Four judges were allocated to each product and the average score taken. One judge even gave the Northumbrian Sausage 100 out of 100! Another massive achievement not only for RFB but we would like to think Rothbury as a whole. Customers can now continue to shop at a shop not only with National recognition but now International!
