Top Marks In Q Guild Audit

Rothbury family butchers scored ‘A’ grades in both Hygiene and Quality in our latest Q guild audit last week

Being in the Guild of Q butchers allows you to promote your shop as “One of Britain''s Best" and Q butchers back up their claims on quality by submitting their businesses to regular inspections - an independent assessment of their excellence and pride in the job. Inspections last up to 3 hours and your whole shop is under the microscope so to achieve this is a superb achievement. Last week was no exception as I nervously followed the inspector around our shop as he scrutinised all aspects including customer service, cutting standards, hygiene, paperwork/records, stock control to name but a few! After the inspection he told me that Rothbury Family Butchers set excellent standards and was very well organised
