Fresh Ostrich Fillets with Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients:

2 Fresh Ostrich Steaks

1 Clove of Garlic
|
| > |
1/2 a lemon
|
| > |
salt
|
| > |
pepper
|
| > |
dash of worcestershire sauce
|

Chicken Breasts

Method : |
Gently heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the finely chopped garlic and squeeze the half lemon so the juices mix with the garlic. Stir for 1 minute. Then add 2 fresh Ostrich steaks and lightly fry for 15- 20 mins turning steaks over occasionally. Take care not to over-cook the steaks. For the last 2 mins of cooking add a pinch of salt and pepper and a dash of worcestershire sauce. Serve with Asparagus, carrots and boiled or new potatoes. |
