A super roasting joint for all the family. Beef on the bone always cooks well and with a beef rib joint you get the best of both worlds, bone and a layer of fat.Some consider this the “ultimate roast” as it has the fat to keep the meat lubricated and the bone to keep in the moisture and flavour.

We recommend slow roasting on a low to medium heat for best results.sold as a single rib.
