Rolled Sirloin of Beef

This tender beef joint is the Gourmet of the Sunday roast. A supreme quality joint less fatty than rib but often a more tender meal as it comes from the loin of beef. So called " sirloin " as King Henry VIII enjoyed the roast so much he knighted it!
( each joint is roughly 1kg. If you order 2 we will send roughly 2kg, 3 then 3kg etc. )
